Ukrainian surrogacy law, handling all legal issues throughout the surrogacy process, including drafting/reviewing the agreement between the intended parents and the surrogate, reviewing the agreement with the clinic, registration of the child with all Ukrainian authorities, receipt of birth certificate in the name of intended parents, and preparing all documents for the relevant Embassy according to their requirements.
